| Since joining BCV in 2009, Richard Reilly has architected and managed the firm’s delivery of several innovative systems integration and software development solutions for its federal and commercial clients. Richard has led BCV’s deliveries of interval energy data collection, monitoring, reporting, analytics and document management solutions, stakeholder communications portals, customer relationship management, IoT & process engineering, e-Commerce, and business intelligence solutions over the years. Expert in the architectural design, data verification and validation, deployment and operational effectiveness of the firm’s innovative IT solutions, specifically, for large data collection and analytics management systems, Richard’s expertise in implementing industry-best, multi-platform, life-cycle software and systems technologies is instrumental in BCV’s success in being regarded as a customer-centric, high-quality and effective service-provider employing a broad array of IT solutions. | |
| With over 20 years of extensive experience in the various application, database platforms, infrastructure typologies and device technologies prior to joining BCV’s leadership team, Richard has served as the Regional Consulting Manager at Oracle Corporation, and, as Vice-President and CTO for several other software and consulting organizations. | |
| Richard holds a B.S. in Pre-Medicine from Johns Hopkins University, and completed Graduate Study in Industrial Organization from Johns Hopkins University. | |
